An installation by expedition geologist and artist Charles Lindsay, who directs the artist-in-residence program for SETI (Search For Extra Terrestrial Intelligence). The installation will delve into earth's geological and cultural pasts, using scientific equipment salvaged from space exploration archaeology. Specimens and artifacts in Field Station 4 provoke musings on human perceptions of time and space.

It is finally time, Pumpkin patch season is here! We will have all our regular fantastic attractions plus new ones available for this weekend: Corn mazes, potato cannon, Hayrack rides, Giant slide, Petting Zoo, Rat Race, and more! As always, a small pumpkin is included with every paid admission.
Opening weekend is always our slowest, so you can avoid a crowd by coming early. There will be an additional attraction or two set up after this weekend.
Admission (including tax) is $13.00 per person with jumping pillow access or $11.00 per person without jumping pillows. Ages 3 and under are Free!
Our seasonal pass special runs through Sunday and is only $25.00 per person. After this weekend, season pass will be $30.00 per person.

The pumpkin patch will be opening soon. Come visit a working farm, have tons of fun and make lifelong memories. Our giant slide is the best in the area so you gotta try it out. We have a hayrack ride, petting zoo, corn maze, human fooseball, tricycle tract, culvert area ,tire play area, game area, hook ring and so much more. General admission is $10 per person, 2 and under is free. Stay tuned for some new activities!

Go on a StoryWalk Downtown, starting at the Library! Take a walk with your children down Poyntz Ave. and nearby streets while reading pages from the book, Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes by Eric Litwin and James Dean.
After you read the book's first pages in the windows of the library, continue walking down Poyntz and look for the following pages in business windows. The StoryWalk is available anytime as a self-directed activity.
After completing the walk, you can visit the library or the Downtown Manhattan office for a small prize. Co-sponsored by Downtown Manhattan Inc. This StoryWalk will be available from September 1-30.
