  1. K-State Women's Basketball Mid-Summer Bash

    July 14, 2019, 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM @ Ice Family Basketball Center

    Kansas State head coach Jeff Mittie and the women's basketball program will host the second annual Mid-Summer Bash to meet the 2019-20 team and coaching staff on Sunday, July 14 from 5-7 p.m., at the Ice Family Basketball Center. The event is free and features free food and games. The outdoor carnival includes activities for all ages including: a dunk tank, inflatable games, petting zoo, a photo booth, face painting and additional carnival-style games. Willie the Wildcat will also be in attendance and the K-State women's basketball players will sign autographs during the event.

  2. K-State Athletics Movie Night - Incredibles 2

    July 14, 2019, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ Bill Snyder Family Stadium

    The first-ever Movie Night, hosted by the Junior Wildcats Club, is coming to Bill Snyder Family Stadium. Fans should enter at Gate M of Bill Snyder Family Stadium beginning at 7 p.m., and the showing of Incredibles 2 will begin at approximately 7:15 p.m. K-State fans of all ages are invited to this free, family-friendly event. Additional Movie Night Details: • Free Parking: Stadium East Lot, enter at gate 7 off Kimball Avenue • Entry: Gate M on the east side, Gate X available for accessibility • No outside food or drink is allowed in the stadium • Blankets, pillows and strollers are allowed; Lawn chairs are prohibited • The stadium's prohibited items list will be enforced. All attendees and items are subject to search • In the event of rain or severe weather, Movie Night will be canceled

  1. Paint & Sip: Tuttle Falls

    Uncorked Inspiration takes the excitement and fun of the popular paint and sip phenomenon to a whole new level. Join us for a fun evening of painting and drinking your favorite beverage as you create artwork in a comfortable environment.
    Neal will lead the group in painting "Tuttle Falls" as well as provide goofy, yet entertaining, art history anecdotes all while teaching painting techniques, color theory and other art related skills. You'll walk away with some knowledge of art techniques, an original painting of your own, and having had a great time.
    Bring your beverage of choice to enjoy as you paint. Painting will begin promptly at 4:00.

    Artist. Inventor. Scientist. Genius. Leonardo Da Vinci was a true Renassaince Man. One of the greatest painters yet he only completed a few works. Da Vinci was a dreamer and inventor, and his love for math, science and art are highlighted through this fascinating interactive exhibition. Catapults, parachutes and a hang glider are just some of the inventions Da Vinci incorporated to explore the art of science.

    In an accompanying exhibit in the Mezzanine Gallery, AIB Food First; learn how AIB helps companies bring safe, high-quality food to the world, and play baker for the day on the Discovery Center's second floor gallery.
