USD 383 History Day Projects Exhibit

National History Day projects by Woodrow Wilson, Marlatt and Ogden students of USD 383 Elementary Gifted Teacher Terry Healy. She has been with USD 383 since 1989, and is the 2013 Preserve America Kansas History Teacher of the Year. National History Day 2019 theme: Triumph and Tragedy in History.

Projects exhibited include: “Katherine Johnson,” Ryan Heitmann, Talon Huff, Woodrow Wilson Elementary; “San Francisco Earthquake 1906,” Jordan Dinkel, Haley Boggs, Ava Stewart, Woodrow Wilson Elementary; “The Influenza Epidemic,” Kennedy Crabtree, Ogden Elementary; “Triumph and Tragedy of the Manhattan Project,” Cole Castor, Kael Aramith, Lynden Auckly, Woodrow Wilson Elementary; “Vietnam War Dogs,” Ellyn Campbell, Mia Hamm, Mari Carey, Marlatt Elementary.
