Exciting collaboration between Bourbon & Baker's bar and culinary team; featured by Basil Hayden Dark Rye, Bourbon & Baker Jim Beam Single Barrel, Tin Cup 10 year and Wathen's Barrel Proof. Each whiskey either new or limited release, paired with a unique small plate created by Sous Chef Zach Filbert and Pastry Chef Kirsten Spear. Booze portion of the tasting led by Adam Clary, knowledgeable and talented craft spirits development manager at Standard Beverage.
