Hibachi Hut Opens on THURSDAY, Feb 27th!

It all started with a love story.... Or at least that's what the menu tells us. John Anderson opened the original Hibachi Hut in 1959, and it wasn't until 1965 that it came to the Aggieville location it's been best known for. It's had several owners, and several styles since then, but one thing has remained the same. The community's love for this restaurant.

In 2014, the Hibachi Hut has opened in its 5th location. The menu features many old favorite recipes, and lots of exciting new ones and that distinctive Cajun style dining most of us are familiar with was brought into play in the 1980's by then-owners, John and Betty Heritage.

Check out the beautiful interior, where modern meets vintage with a comfortable, at-home vibe. Take advantage of the private room downstairs if entertaining a party, and once the weather is nice, grab a spot on the patio!

Here are a few samples of what is on the new menu.....
