Reynolds’ good looks still merely shared the screen with the black Firebird and gold-bird decaled hood emblem. Burt was bad. That car was baaaaaad! Two years later and the 1979 Pontiac Firebird was produced in record numbers beyond 115,000. American muscle and many more vehicles will soon become another quality attraction for Manhattan guests, residents and visitors.
“There’s something for everybody to find interesting,” said Ward Morgan, Midwest Dream Car Collection’s visionary creator. “Visitors might remember one car from their childhood, or another they might have seen in a magazine.”
Muscle and more, so if antiques are more your passion then one half of The Collection comes from before 1960. “We’re really trying to make it be interactive, have people talk to you about the cars and tell you something unique about that vehicle,” Morgan says of The Collection’s overall aura and appeal.
