Manhattan will be brimming with romance next week for Valentine’s Day, so pop into Steve’s Floral for roses and all the flora to impress your loved one with a lavish arrangement. Bourbon & Baker has your sweet tooth covered with divine bakery goodies, one of which is Deli Brownies Are For Lovers.

Dining out is always special on Feb. 14. Make your evening plans with reservations at Wine Dive Kitchen, and be among the first to enjoy the swanky new dining place’s first Valentine’s Day in The Little Apple®. Wine Dive’s menu options feature table d’hôte style, or special Prix Fixe menu and wine pairings. Dial ’em up at 785-712-2413 for reservations.

Fine dining doesn’t get any better than at Harry’s restaurant, a long-time favorite as Kansas’ best night out for special occasions. Harry’s is booked solid for Wednesday, and does have cocktail area seating with Monday and Tuesday night openings. Award-winning chef Cadell Bynum makes savory selections ready for lovers to sample, like the mouth-watering filet bordelaise. Pastry Chef Kirsten Spear whips up sweet dessert morsels for Harry’s and also Bourbon & Baker.

Also along Poyntz, della Voce’s three-course special menu includes pappardelle primavera, grilled pork loin chop and top it all off with a trio of chocolate delights. Tallgrass Tap House features char-grilled BBQ shrimp appetizers and Asian sea bass.

Celebrating an anniversary? First, 10th, 20th? So is Coco Bolos (20 years!), where fans of the tasty Tex-Mex eatery will enjoy g
rilled crostini topped with goat cheese and fresh tomato basil bruschetta, followed by tomahawk pork chop with caper gravy, scalloped potatoes and a fresh vegetable medley. Ultimately, polish your meal off with apples foster à la mode.

Feb. 14 also just happens to be Ash Wednesday, and a night earlier Little Apple Brewing Co. fans will want to pop out to Westloop for a full Fat Tuesday menu of specials like chicken and andouille gumbo, red beans and rice and shrimp and crawfish etouffee. There’s more, plus N’Orleans topnotch cocktails like Sazerac. Wahoo in Aggieville also features special menu items to celebrate. Shrimp bisque and shrimp cocktail highlight the Feb. 14 fare at Little Apple Brewery.

Also to the city's west, Colbert's will be taking reservations for a menu rich with lobster bisque appetizer and teryaki salmon entree. Rather just watch the Cats on the tube from Stillwater or catch up with your bestie? At Powercat Grill, sink your teeth into two burgers, two pints and a dessert option for less than $25. We’ve got you covered with g
reat options to share an intimate Valentine’s evening or regular night out in Manhappiness.

Enjoy Fat Tuesday and the day with that special someone, and start making plans for Saint Patty’s Day on March 17 in Aggieville!
