Getting to Manhattan
Whether your arrival in The Little Apple® calls for a car ride, plane trip or hopping aboard a bus, Manhattan is an easy-to-reach destination, conveniently located off Interstate 70 in scenic Flint Hills region of northeast Kansas.

State highways 
U.S. Highway 24 and Kansas highways 18 and 177 provide access from every direction.

Interstate 70

Traveling on I-70? Simply take Exit 313 for westbound travel (from Kansas City, Topeka) and proceed 9 miles north. Drivers eastbound from Salina or continuing north from Wichita, Exit 303 funnels traffic onto Kansas Hwy 18 (K-18) with a 6-mile northeastern route across the Kansas River and past Manhattan Regional Airport.

Manhattan Regional Airport is located just 5 miles to the city's west on K-18. The airport is serviced by American Airlines / American Eagle. American Eagle provides direct jet service to Dallas-Fort Worth (three flights/day) with two daily flights to Chicago O'Hare.
