Grab your best bib and tucker (cowboy lingo for shirt and napkin), make like a jackrabbit and scoot on over to Cowboy Chicken Wood Fire Rotisserie. Among the notable features of the new “quick causal” restaurant on the west side of Manhattan, Western décor in an industrial setting with an open kitchen. The new location at Southwind Plaza is one of 26 restaurants nationwide; and is the first in Kansas.

Inside the restaurant, customers place orders at the front counter and enjoy open seating.
