Enjoy a leisurely stroll around our picturesque campus.
Visit several of the historic buildings and a residence hall. Learn about the history of K-State, and stop by the Union for a mid-morning snack of a K-State crown roll and coffee.
Kansas State University Botanical Gardens
When completed, this will be a 12-acre garden nestled on the Kansas State University campus. The two acres currently completed feature a rose garden, a 16-foot diameter fountain made of native Kansas limestone, and the restored conservatory that houses a wide variety of exotic plants.
Kansas State University Veterinary School of Medicine
Tour one of the largest veterinary hospitals in the nation and learn how all species of animals are cared for in this state-of-the-art facility.
Marianna Kistler Beach Museum of Art
Open since 1996, the Beach Museum is an example of postmodern architecture. It is the permanent home to over 1,500 works of art collected over the past four decades by the university. The museum also features temporary exhibitions focusing on 20th century American art, with special emphasis on work by Midwest artists. Take part in a special art project, which can be arranged for groups of all ages for a nominal fee.
